Over the last few months, we've been focused on supporting our customers, colleagues and the local communities in which we operate. Our new normal is well and truly established, and the feedback we have received from customers has been very positive – people feel safe in our businesses. That doesn't mean we’ve stopped making improvements or working hard to overcome complacency as to the new arrangements.
We’re constantly adding new features to our offering so that we can provide more flexibility and choice to our customers. We have developed tools to make it easy to buy from the comfort and safety of home or by visiting us in one of our showrooms across the UK. When you have your car serviced, the ease has been increased and the number of contact points reduced.

Virtual or face-to-face appointments.
Whether you prefer to chat via video or face-to-face in a dealership, you can book a dedicated time-slot for both sales and aftersales to get the one-on-one attention you deserve.Book an appointment
If you spot the right used car online, you can pay a fully refundable £99 fee to reserve the car for 48 hours. That way you can arrange a visit to our showrooms where you can test drive your chosen car, organise a tailored finance package suited to your needs and discuss any part exchange you may have. All of this in a safe environment. We can also discuss a lot of this with you over a video link making the visit to a dealership, if required at all, quick and easy.
Found the right car and want to do the whole thing from the comfort of your sofa? No problem. With our easy to use online buying you can buy your car and organise to have it delivered straight to your door. What’s more you can choose your payment terms whether that be with our flexible finance options or a cash purchase, the choice is yours. Want extras fitting? No problem our team of dedicated advisors can help to get your car ready for you with the accessories of your choice.
